That's irrevelant, it is by no means a remotely close indication of the dmg they do. Any high level ice mage has skill boosting gear of some sort; spider rings, mordris brace, occult armor, attune, etc. If you just want to see that stat, look up swan's formulas and calculate it yourself

Why would it matter? As stated above, damage varies depending on other factors.
