#2Any melee orientated caster weapon is pretty useless. Mainhand grimoires are the most useful post level 110 (eggy grim).
Silver moon wand is the warden quest line if I remember correctly? if so then definitely get it. It is needed to continue the quest line onto meteoric, frozen, dragonlord - edl.

#3As cool as those weapons sound, they are pretty useless for leveling. Just get it when you are able to get the dragonlord stuff
