I have taken the time to read many posts on solo builds and have put them together into what is now my own build. I would like to here from some experienced mages.

At level 87:
300 focus
150 vitality

Firebolt 20/20
Ice Shards 20/20
Lure of Fire 10/20
Lure of Ice 10/20
Energy Shield 15/20
Cloak of Fire 17/20

With lures at 10, i hit pretty high. My firebolt hit 438 on an eye while its max is 439, so im happy with the lures. My cloak goes up by 6 damage if i go 18/20, so I left it at 17/20. Feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

If your Energy regen capability is strong enough, lower shards a bit and put it into Energy Shield instead. Shards' has long cast and cool-down and I have personally found more effective results out of a maxed E-Shield for soloing.

Well after E shield is maxed, should I add onto shards as I level? And if I keep adding points into focus as I level, would my dps be high enough to kill before my shield goes down? Insight is great to have, Thanks

nice build personally id drop shards and ice lure.

i max in this order of importance:
firebolt
cloak of fire
energy shield
incinerate
10 in fire lure.

then after that, sacrifice or shards and ice lure but those above akills should keep u busy till 110ish

I dont have incinerate, so ill stick to what I have untill then.
