Why argue with stupid people. Always use lures. But always keep them at half. This way you dont have to put many points in it and it brings your opponents resistance down.

With lure, you'd be hitting 600-700+ instead. Big difference between good and great DPS.

If skill description says 800-900, what about attune? If your attune is around 500 extra damage, you're hitting like a quarter of your max potential.

The attune adds 389 at my 20/20 with 45 vit and nearly 300 focus

Seems like a solid build, but I'd definitely recommend like 3 or 4 points in lure. Will make big difference.

using lure at lvl 1 helps as well, but ofc i suggest half maxing it or at least put 5 pts in it at ur lvl, i would get rid of one of the skills, either e.boost or shield, depends on what makes it harder for u, surviving issues or energy issues

Or even one or two points out of attune if you need to.

Lure > Attune.

Fire for lvling and ice for pvp max attune storm bolt and then lure in that order u should be fine
