The 15k green cane was being sold on Rhiannon.

The difference between canes: The limited edition ones that first came out are red, green, and purple. They each have a unique name. The Purple is snowbound cane with 100 cold damage with a lvl 100 req, the green is 50 cold damage with a lvl 50 req, the red is 10 cold damage with no level req.

It doesn't say the cold snap damage in the description, but I can tell you them: Purple hits for 1000, green hits for 500, red hits for 100.

The new candy canes they replaced the old ones with are complete junk. The coldsnaps only go up to 10 damage. Even the white and black ones are junk.

They basically released useful canes, then replaced them with useless ones.

The cane that you want is a lvl 50 req and colored green. Do not buy any of the 2nd version canes as they're all junk fashion items.


Mages can farm better than any other class because of cloak of fire. Cloak of fire is + firestorm or iceblast > ripostle for farming. Remember that each run in the tavern will give you 10 presents, which is 500 gold. You can repeat this at least 10 times an hr for 5k an hr.

If you want the ability to farm, give the 2nd build I mentioned a try:
15 Ice Attunement (try to get a ice attunement rings, a +3 usually sells for 2k, a +2 for 1k or less, and a +1 for 500 gold or less)
8 Lure of Ice
11 Energy Shield
11 Energy Boost (possibly more if you don't have energy regen ring.
14 Cloak of fire
1 Ice Shard
1 Ice Blast


If you're looking for a character to do bosses with, Druid and Ranger are the best at soloing bosses. A druid with 30+ howling winds and 500 defense will rarely get hit, but is weak against skill hits, which can be countered with the right ward. A ranger can bolas and kite, but is still weak to skill hits. Bosses to avoid are bladewing and Copp for solo, they have crazy skill hits.
