I ve never been a fan of mixed build , u ll ve a skill with no lure and attune , no optimisation

And @armo : i see it more like i ll do 2inci on a mob with my skill order , when i ll do 1 with ur method.
Depend on dmg of inci too . Mine used to do 1800/tick

Its not mixed, and lure of ice at lvl 1 is very effective.

Yet you say you can do 8k storms and probably 5-6k bolts too... Casting incinerate before anything else is a waste of time, I would have thought it was common sense. The quicker you dish out your nukes, the faster you will kill. :|

i prefer to ve inci activated on the mob during all the fight. its common sense that it ll do more dmg than if i had activated when the mob was mid hp

So you think stalling your nukes for one single tick of incinerate is worth it?

Actually armo I agree with loom. Because even if you only get 1 tick of incin in, its dmg anyway. At level 100 my incin hits 200-300 on all mobs. So even then thats an extra 200-400 dmg each mob.

Or, if u cast firebolt first, by the time u cast inc u can cast another firebolt, which pretty much doubles or triples the dmg or even more.

Try outlocking a rogue with that motto. You will get ksed all day, every day.

We're talking about DPS (damage per second) here. That means it's not just the damage you do that matters, it's how fast you inflict it.

U guys talk about how to optimize a 15min lix , u start with firebolt to cast another asap
I talk about the fastest way to kill a mob since he aggro u , and its imo faster if u start inci then lure then bolt
, we dont talk about losing 1 tick of inci , its killing the boss to 50% without using inci.
Imo u waste ur points on that skill if u use it after others skills.
The time beetween when u put inci one the mob and when the first tick happend is really big.
If u start with inci then lure, the first tick s on lure and inci start doing dmg when the mob starts attacking u

With ur method , its like attackif the mob then using inci for the last (hypothetic) 50% hp

But as i said , its my personnal opinion and u can use inci how the hell u want lol

Maybe if I was poor I wouldnt get lock. But in all honesty ive only lost losk once and it was to a warrior 8 lvls higher then me on chillmist.
