Frostbite is useless during training unless you're an ice mage and your skills got deflected. Your enemy should not take more than 30 seconds to kill.

idk if this is off topic but in what the ice mage is better than the fire mage( just wondering, no offense bro)

Ice is better for pvp, unless it takes a while for you to kill players and you don't have freeze. Also if you're bossing and you run out of energy with a fire build, you won't if you have sigils with an ice because your sigils kick in before you have a skill ready to cast again.

Is frosbite an ok skill for bossing (like does it actually do ok dmg or no)
