Evades are just too cruel for ice. I burned a few alts today trying to play with ice. Frostbite is garbage compared to using fire bolt without lure of fire.

Fire bolt is the best dps skill and should be included regardless of which you specialize in. High damage, low energy cost, fast recharge.
fire lure at lvl 1 affects a lot, and even if not that a lot, better than no lure at all, which is another reason why to use firebolt which is the best skill ive seen for dps
