Also, you must of used ability lixes then? 0: and my point was, when you do miss its a butt.

Yea I use ability lix too._. Gear adds 500ish focus too

Ice shards or e-shield I suppose.

Not sure why so much negativity towards ice mage builds.. They're quite fantastic and effective.

Yeah, we all got a rogue in a pocket or a second device that will sacrifice points in expose weakness.

I was an ice-mage all the way up to level 140-150, and I loved it.

Sure you may have bad experiences with them, but doesn't mean everyone else did.

I was too and loved it before the infamous "nerf patch". I still don't think that ice can't ever be viable, but you have to have really good gear and you are never going to be able to compete as far as dps.

I dont even have mage skill rings and I 1-2 hit

^Well obviously theres a gap between ice and fire dmg wise, but i said it on warriors forum and it applies to me everywhere, i prefer speed.
Fire mage, Sword warrior (which isnt really valid anymore so mordy halberd), dagger rogue, bow ranger, and i dont think theres much option for druid. Although i like it to be balanced, i wont use knucks.

The best feature in fire mage is the speed, increasing dps and making it much more stable rather than relying on ur accuracy and every miss being critical to ur dps and survivability. Ice mage is kinda like gambling as long as u solo, but with good enough gear and different type of build fitting soloing u can do really well.

Ice mages are cool, hit hard and can get kills over fire mages, but i still prefer speed
