If you're not using at least assassins lure in your skill set up, you're being selfish.

Im rather certain that with gear swap u can use both, and e shield.

I gear swap a +9 attune ring, yet I only have 6 spare points.

On my warrior Im swapping 6 pieces of gear, but I know a mage generally has more skill points so it should be easier for him. On only a lvl 130 mage I already max 5 skills, I suppose 220 mage could max 6 skills easily, so he'll be able to do 7.

All my skills are maxed to 50 so I really don't have to deal with swapping. Firestorm is higher if you max both. Doesn't matter if you are using godly everything because not everyone has godly gear so for this person its not the best to use in this discussion. So, if you have just plain out maxed fb and firestorm at the same level the firestorm hits higher, if you were to remove damage buffs for both skills. I was use to higher fb than fs because I had, like crusher, my fb at 50 and fs at 40 on my mini mage so when i used my main mage with both skills maxed I was shocked when firestorm did a bigger hit than fb.

Not in the slightest. It is all down to an individual's situation. A level 220 with no clan has absolutely no use for assassins lure. One with a clan has all the use for it. Skills are completely controversial because it is all down to an INDIVIDUAL'S situation. There is no right or wrong way to use skills unless someone has specified their entire situation.

What purpose do you have solo at end-game? This game resolves about grouping up and doing things together. You cant kill a single boss up to 120 solo.
