i think that mages should have the abbility to make a surronding monster attack the nearest monster for 30 seconds then either go back to its post or attack you or the nearest player (i would also like if you give this abbilty to rogues )

That would be epic, but what about bosses. An easy mob turns up amd you make him attack the boss XD.
