Ima lvl 33 Mage on taranis Name Gandalf121 and I want to know what stats and skills I should do, I keep running out of energy ima try and buy some sigils but info would be appreciated

1st question, energy shield or no? Hard to decide? tell me about it. There is really no way to know.

If eshield- put almost all your points into focus. like 4-5 to 1 focus to vitality. Mabye some dex to to help dodge. I havent tried that yet.

If no eshield, 2-3 points vitality for every 2-3 points focus. Again mabye some in dex

Never any strength.

skills? dont pit over 10 into fire lure. stick to fire spells as mich as possible to maximize your lure use. Firecloak and firebolt will be your best friends.
