Celtic Heroes

Im a level 127 mage, full frozen (besides wand), i have grimiore, and meteoric wand, with at least a 100 energy regen without combat ( around 65 in combat).

Can anyone help me make a decent build that allows me to solo, but not waste 2 minutes after a battle regening energy, or a minute before battle to double e shield? Is that even possible?

your 26 levels above me so I can't comment on the build. I can say that if your in a clan that is killing wyrens they would probably be happy if you played a support role. You will have less energy issues this way. I am interested to see the options presented.
