My recommendation would differ based upon your current gear, if you have access to rejuv items or not and if you're using plat.

I'm going to assume you do not have platinum purchases so here is what I would do:

30-60 - Level in Shalemont

I'd try to stick to either the archer or melee based enemies as you can take full advantage of your cloak of fire spell. Ribbonswords are a great option to level on once you get to low-mid 40s as I believe they are around level 50 and have VERY little hp. You can make quite a bit of xp easily there.

Skills:

Cloak of Fire
Lure of Fire
Firebolt
Energy Boost
Bandage Wounds (Or recuperate)

I'd utilize the skills above to level, always max cloak first and keep Lure of Fire and Firebolt decently high. Depending on your energy problems or lack thereof, add points into Energy Boost. I would also recommend placing some skill points in Bandage Wounds or Recuperate so you have less downtime as you regen health.

Start all fights by making sure Cloak of Fire is active, then cast Lure of Fire and Firebolt until dead. Rinse and repeat.

Lastly, try to do all the quests in the area. Fettlecaps should be decent xp until 35-36 so grab any you see and turn them in. You can ask for help with the quest chain if you run into any enemies who are giving you trouble, typically high levels won't mind to assist you.

if u dont want to use lures and wanna go full dps then...ice shards, fire bolt, cloak of fire, energy boost, recuperate/bandage wounds(i prefer recuperate). I wouldnt upgrade 6 skills or higher, stick with 4 or 5

i may not have very many posts, but im a mid level: 76+
so i have my lure of ice MAXED and ice shards MAXED which allows me to hit 800 dmg on stonevale druids and warriors i have a fabled fire lure ring so i have fire lure 8/20, and firebolt MAXED, and cloak of fire at lvl 1 bcuz theres not enough time cuz well i do two hit kills on 1 star enemies and 1 hit kills on 1 star enemies.
so, this works out for Me...but at ur lvl, i would recommend saving for good gear, and start selling your gear, might die alot, but at lvl 80 everyone will call u rich bcuz u have full diamond
