Hey guys,

Should I focus on Fire Magic or Ice Magic and why?
Which one is stronger or are they even?

Ice magic is more powerful but fire magic has a quicker charging and casting time and uses less energy compared to ice

so they are quite even ?

Not to mention that Lure of Fire helps 3 spells and lure of ice only 1. Unless lure of ice effects Freeze, but I think not.

ok, in order of priority:

1. firebolt (max)
2. firecloak ( max)
3. fire lure (but only half max)
4.ice shards
5. ice lure

your shards should be 1/2 to 3/4 max and your ice lure should be 1/4 max.

There ya go.

Both are important, fire moreso.

im thinking about going all fire and melee but i dont have incinerate yet! nobody has frickin mathulus 3! anyways, i have ice lure and ice shards maxed, which makes me a DECENT threat, and bolt maxed. 1/20 cloak which im starting to regret. 8/20 fire lure, and 6/20 shield, i think the answer is both. ice magic is more powerful, but who has the time to wait for shards to recast? firebolt is a little puny, but with lure u can be decent. i hope this helps.

im totally a ice mage so i would say lvl ice shards and ice lure to max at my lvl (135) u can hit easily 1500 to 2000 over. Since the new patch ice shards cost less mana and its reduced in cooldown so its even better! i also have energy shield maxed and of course cloak and incinerate lvld up to mmake more damages.

But do you use lure of fire for your cloak and incinerate, and what do you do in between casting shards?

ICE BUILD

-Max Ice Shards
-Max Ice Lure
-Max Energy Boost
-Max Sacrifice
-1/2 Max Fire Bolt
-Arcane Orb of Spirits/ Golden Blade of Ice

My ice shard s 21 and my fireball 33 , i hit 1000 with both skills
