I use neither (400 sigils) but personally I would go with sacrifice only. Just put more points into it. It is complicated and time consuming to cast energy boost.

Only L83 on my mage, so take this with a bit of salt, but my concern with Sacrifice (without Boost) is the source of Health lol since that's what fuels Sacrifice. AFAIK all our clans high level mages have Boost now (not sure if they have sac too).

i regen 20hp/tick

I moved all my points from sacrifice to the new boost. Sacrifice is great if you have a pocket druid. I moved because boost increases your net regeneration. Sacrifice just moves points around and doesnt create anything.

I also use e-boost at 25/30 i believe it's in the ballpark of 90 energy per tick. The drawback is it's interruptible even with e-shield on, so take that into account if you plan on soloing.

I'm pretty sure it is. Let me test to make sure I'm telling people bs.

Maybe cause boost takes so long that ur shield is broken by the time u cast it another thing to consider is that sacrifice will be taking hp away from ur shield rather than ur bar. Think about it this way: if u were to cast shield and then refill ur energy completely with only sacrifice, ur shield is already half broken. The only thing I use sacrifice for is training ice ability lol

As a mage with a low amount of sigils, I strongly advise E-boost.

More Energy, no HP loss, not interruptible, a lot faster for soloing (dont have to regen health lost by sacri), and you can cast it before time runs it out (always keeping it up)
