What is wrong with my mage?

I have tried so many build with my mage and until last week, my mage was still ok. I haven't changed anything since my last build. But these few days I found that my mage is totally sucks.
Slower loading and my ice damage which normally can do up to 2.3k damage, now only can do 1.2k damage.
EShield which normally took 20sec, now takes 35sec.
Any other mage experience the same thing?

Another thing, ice shard, lures are evaded tooooo often...what is wrong??!! OTM should fix this issue.

Mages are fine atm, other classes should deserve a chance at being tweaked! I left my rouge for a mage (to lazy to updat sig) because they ARE the best DPS as of right now!

i love my mage, level 107 full fire dps build with 0 sigils
want to know how i keep up with energy all you energy boost haters? oops gave it away, a maxed energy boost

OMG!
Once you get to 125, and can't add decent DPS because you have all points in E support, lets see how much you talk then

i have same problem as well all lures eveaded and skill casting goes wrong says cannot cast skill even though i have enough energy maybe a bug or something else

Fel, I had the same problem with freeze a couple of nights ago, just could not get one to land (was sure it was a conspiracy!).
How my freeze is back to normal now, so perhaps you are having a bad run with the random number generator (assuming you are using the same gear and that your ice magic and fire magic haven't changed?)

I haven't experianced anything like this the past days. I remember a month or two ago when I was solo lvling and the mob evaded like 5 skills in a row: lure of ice - ice shards - lure of fire - fireball - lure of ice - fireball - lure of fire... It was ridiculous. There should be some "max of 2 or 3 evasions in a row" rule.

Then they take a hit continue to evade take a hit and so forth
