I have A lvl 92 Mage. I currently have E-Shield at 15/25 and E-Boost at 15/25. I might use A book of alt but keep E-Boost at 15/25, but maybe put E-Shield up a bit? Will 15/25 E-Boost be enough regen to keep up with 25/25 E-shield?

NOTE: I currently have 50 energy regen from my gear.

I am a level 84 mage, and to be truthfull, energy sheild is a great skill to use points on.
I personally dont use energy boost, i have sacrfice which grants me more energy than boost at the cost of damage to yourself.
Energy sheild has helped me tons! Helped me solo bosses that not even lvl 90's can kill. Sure, it make take nearly half of your energy, but it will save most of your life.

you will need to have boost maxed, always, if u dont, ur scroogled

Or use sacrifice gives more energy than boost. Mine is lvl 9 and it gives about 130 energy per use, also recharges quickly

How are you healing yourself?

If you have enough health, the amount of health taken away ( for me 92) will be restored.
Having high vitality affects your bandage wounds so i realy dont gain 130 energy, in total i gain 115
Using sacrifice at a constant rate may be harmfull though
Dont do what you can't heal

At L9, how much health is deducted to get the 130 in Energy?

Wow, really?? Damn, that's kinda harsh. I thought the hlt:energy ratio would be at least 1:2.

I've been considering switching from E Boost to sacrifice (no interrupts), but was hoping to see numbers at higher levels frst. You the first one I read about that uses Sac lol

Don't get me wrong,
sacrifice saved my but plenty of times.
such as when I'm trying to solo an enemy
i was losing health quick,then with a quick cast of sacrifice, i was able to cast energy sheild, which is another great time to use sacrifice without getting hurt. my energy sheild is lvl20/20 so i can use sacrifice a total of 9 times restoring over 900 energy in total, but if you were to subtract the amount of energy lost in energy sheild
you will have gained a total of about 700energy at the end
