Do mages use str or dex when they r h2h mages

I've been wondering if mages use all vit and energy or if they use some of every stats for h2h. If ur a good dps h2h i was wondering from a higher lvl opinion what my stats should be like?

strength is useless even with that offhand because str doesnt effect elemental dmg, and some people might use some dex

Neither dont go hand to hand
Energy shield if you not killing em one shot is the way I roll

A little bit of dex is usefull but dont use over 50 because it can be better invested in focus or vit
