I don't really see anything new in this post.
Mages use a lot of energy. I get that. They also have a lot of options.
Plat: Sigils and resto pots
Spells: meditate, sacrifice and eboost
Play style: support mage with eboost, lures and fire cloak.

Look the post in Druid section. Even with 100 energy sigils, druids will need meditate and energy pots.
For mages I'd say it will become even worse than now of course.

Mages complaining about energy should try playing a Druid for a few weeks.

Honestly, if anything, it should be druids ranting about energy problems. We didn't receive the 20% energy cost reduction which is big advantage and envy from us already.
For instance, You all have any idea how to feels to cast a lv 35 storm touch at 44o energy whereas mages ice shards are at 260 energy? Wait, ofc you do. Coz at one point in time , we had the same energy cost but mages got the energy reduction.
Jeez..

I play both and Mage has it worse off by quite a significant margin for general job roles. Obviously that changes if I play the Druid as DPS as there needs to be some adjustments there to lower energy cost for Druids. However, just healing the Druid never runs out unless he's casting natures breath every cooldown.

I play both as well , as long as my Mage isn't dps greedy I have no mana issue . I have a much harder time keeping up energy on Druid in pure support spec . And to be honest the class I have the most energy issues on is ranger , hands down.

I'll admit I'm DPS greedy on my mage and run 50/35 Shards and Bolt so that obviously contributes to my energy issues. The Druid has 44 touch and breath so that is probably a part of why I'm seeing less issues with the Druid. The bonus for the Druid is the ability to stay out of combat so fewer sigils are needed to keep energy levels up.

What I'm trying to ask is will there be any changes to energy usage for mages to help solve energy problems for a energy boost reliant and two damage spells mage?

I've been playing a mage for over a year now and OTM has done an amazing job of fixing the energy problems. It's entirley fair and also I would stop complaining about something that you don't even know about… It's just… irrational.
