Has anyone tried this yet? Is it like an ice-based firebolt?

I think it's more like fire storm. Area damage.

It says it hits for 5000 damage with 35/35 points but I usually hit for 2k with no lures.
I am usually hitting single mobs so I have not tested out the area damage really.

I got it and tried it, but didn't put any points into it therefore I haven't tried it extensively.

It's basically just like the aoe firestorm skill except it is ice.

I really liked firestorm but I had to drop it for more dmg (shards)
I alted and maxed it, it works very well!

It has a lot of damage but it takes soooo long to cast and regen
