#2From what I recall it was a proc on a wand but i could be incorrect

#3Yah I have a weapon that has curse of flame. It's 5% proc.

#4Removes 300 fire resist ( tested it ) thats like a 20 point fire lure

#5stacks with fire lure too but it only lasts like 20 seconds so it is worthless.

#6worthless skill unless you're not using fire lure, but still not worth it bc it's only 5%.
