Curse of flame skill

Was it removed in the last patch?

From what I recall it was a proc on a wand but i could be incorrect

Yah I have a weapon that has curse of flame. It's 5% proc.

Removes 300 fire resist ( tested it ) thats like a 20 point fire lure

stacks with fire lure too but it only lasts like 20 seconds so it is worthless.

worthless skill unless you're not using fire lure, but still not worth it bc it's only 5%.
