Bloodgrove guide of leveling

After trying out 3 different builds, all of them used on bloodgrove enemies, I have come to a conclusion as to which one was best. First of all, I really don't care what your stat point setup is. I have about 170 vitality, rest focus.
Build 1: The ice build Please note that a lesser and grand ice blast ring was used, and a fabled ice shards.
Ice blast: 25/20
Ice shards: 20/20
Energy boost: 20/20
Ice lure: 10/20
Energy shield: Around 10-15, can't remember.
My thoughts on this build: A complete disaster. 5 or 6 extra points wasted on energy boost due to large energy costs. Slow cooldowns didn't recharge fast enough, I ended up losing a lot of health during these times.
Build 2: The fire build(using cloak)
Fire bolt: 20/20
Cloak of fire: 20/20
Lure of fire: 10/20
Energy boost: 13-16/20
Energy shield: 10-15/20
My thoughts: Was a much better build than the ice one. The only problem was that cloak didn't affect bloodgrove casters.
Build 3:
Same setup as Build 2, except cloak was switched with incinerate.
My thoughts: Best build yet, I still currently use it. Highest damage, even if it does cost a bit more energy than build 2. I would definitely recommend this build for any mage who is around levels 70-78 training on bloodgrove enemies.
I was hesitant to try out firestorm, because I am new to the spell. Would anyone replace incinerate with it? Why or why not
