no spell. It gives you 250 focus and 25 energy regen
Oh your talking about dragon? (looking at your sig). Be more specific please. I don't know if anyone has it yet.

Whoa! Congrats on your level Viscious. Could you please tell me what stats and skills you use? You seem to have made an awesome mage.

ya I'm waiting to hear back from him too.
But don't get your hopes up, he likely has an ungodly amount of sigils and uses tons of pots and idols.
