Bounty Hunting Skill Vendors

I'm a fire mage and I like putting firebolts in scary blobs that we call mobs

So to reach my goal of annihilating all these scary blobs I need some skills based off of a fire mage build

I've already bounty hunted one of the skill vendors all up in farcrag, but it does not fully support all my charming, yet murderous needs

So if anyone has the whereabouts of all these vendors that are playing hide and go seek, I'd be happy to know where they are

Freeze and Incinerate are quests. You get one from castle, and the other from tavern.

Lure of assassins, giants, soldiers, magic are Otherworld drops from the Fairyland Quest bosses, excluding the huge eyes. Fire storm and sacrifice can also be found dropped from these dudes.

Ice blast, fire attunement, ice attunement and frostbite are drops from mobs (usually 4*) in the new areas, aka, carrowmore, fingals and sewers.

A mage at heart... Fire mage that is.
