Good way to level?

There have been topics but I really need to know a good place to level for mages specifically and a build that can kill mobs fast without losing much health. I am level 113 trying to get 120 and up. Anybody have a good place to level and a buil that works for you? Thx

For that level, OW trees. The kelpies will kill ya, but you will rake through the trees.
