Hey everyone!

I currently have a Ranger level 81 as my main (yes everyone keeps telling me to level but its been there around a month) a Rogue level 20 (PVP) and i am looking to make a Mage.

I am just wondering what is the best possible gear a mage can have right at the beginning.

I own a Darkflame set and Hallows Wand but noticed that Midsummer grants some bonuses over Darkflame so my idea was completely ruined and i would like some assistance with this

I know there is a wand from 2012 i believe that a level 1 mage can use and has a chance of doing 500 damage i just cannot remember what it is called.

So if anyone can help me with the best armour, weapon, offhand, rings, bracelet & amulet a level 1 mage can have it would be greatly appreciated.

Get a staff. Like a 100k one. It makes up for the low level damage lol.

Depends if you want a knowledgable amount of damage of a chance at a proc. But yes the wand is a much cheaper way

I believe its called stave of tempests. There's stave of storms as well. Tempests is the strongest. It shouldn't cost too much.

An ammy. Heroic will take care of you for a while. But energization gear is critical.
