Is it possible(by possible i mean being able to keep your sanity) to level and play as a sigil-less mage? I'll just joined this game and read alot about how bad mages are, but they are my favorite class in other games and I'd like to play as one.

Yeah....you will need to swtich to another class if you're not ready spend some plat money on mages :/ I would start with a warrior and farm some gold when you get good enough then you make a mage

It's possible but you will not keep your sanity. Read past posts about Mages and you will see why. This is coming from probably the only 185+ sigil-less mage out there.

I'm really starting to hate mage so I'm usually on an alt now. Rangers seem so nice...

I got to about 140 without any sigils they were gone from shop and chests weren't out yet. I used e boost and it is possible. I did find once buying them to kill even faster. Also the good thing is if u do decide to buy sigils u don't have to with plat, u can buy the crates off others. Good luck

Survived on eboost until around mid 150s where double plat happened. Then I got around 400-500 sigils and dropped boost.

Im lvl 66 mage never have used sigils just a good 45 enrgy per tick eboost and ur all set. P.s put all ur points into focus and vit no strength or dext. Good luck!!

Yes its possible to lvl mage without sigils. I've just gotten my first bunch. Mages have the ability to generate energi and I've found that e-boost (44) has been surficent for me although it would be nice not to have to cast it as often as i do

Easy, time your skills and keep boost on you while lvlin. No energy probs at 181 using a 29/40 energy boost and having 60 regen from lux. (About 220 regen with boost up).
