Is Fire Bolt The Only Skill that heals Pyrus ?

It doesn't heal pyrus, but it barely does damage. I was hitting Pyrus for 15-30 with a 4500 max fire bolt. I was using my ice skills instead. Shards was hitting him for 200 with only 1 point in it. I suppose having beastbone in your bag would be handy for Pyrus.
