Do skill points ever go above the basic 25? If they do, when does it happen and how do they progress?

At lvl 1 skill cap is 5
At lvl 15 skill cap go up to 10
At lvl 30 skill cap go up to 15
At lvl 50 some skill caps go up to 17 (The basic skills)
At lvl 60 skill cap go up to 20
At lvl 90 skill cap go up to 25
At lvl 120 skill cap go up to 30
At lvl 150 skill cap go up to 35
At lvl 180 skill cap go up to 40

that sums it up, the max skill pts (doesnt matter what lvl) is 50, thats the cap, if ur skill goes over 50 it wont add dmg, not sure about energy cost tho, so save the pts if u can go over 50

you can also go over your max ability if you have rings equipped

so like lets say at lvl 90 you max a skill and have it 25/25
then you get a ring for that skill (lets say a +4 ring)

then youll have that skill as 29/25
its power and energy cost will be increased
