Lures don't worth that way. Your damage cannot exceed your maximum damage. Lures are there to help you try get as close to your maximum damage by lowering the enemy's resistance. With zero resistance, you will be hitting near maximum damage majority of the time. A lure of poison will do nothing except negate the bracelets that provide poison resistance in PvP.
