hi, i am a fire mage lvl 110.
and now i can get my frozen armor (have full meteor right now)
when a looked at a other mage lvl 130 with full frozen armor i've noticed that frozen armor is slightly better then meteor armor. but is also adds cold damage.
because is dont have the armor yet i cant try it myself but i am wondering if the "cold damage" adds an X <? ammount off damage to ice skills?
if so, I think its better to get an other armor then frozen OR get a book of alt and becaume an ice mage.
the only problem with that is that i dont have all the ice skills and no ice skill rings. (and i dont know if my energy regen is high enough for an ice mage)
so my second question is: is there a simualur/better armor? (spiritshadow is the one i know)
if not my third question: should i go full frozen armor and get a book of alt?
Re: frozen armor (cold damage)
#2Heat dmg or Cold dmg dont add any boost to ur fire/ice skills, those types of dmg u see are going to ur melee, and as a mage, u shouldnt really care about ur melee, so it doesnt matter if ur a full fire mage with full frozen
