only select bosses in the otherworld drop firestorm
sells pretty high depending on what world youre in

I believe its the blue pgs book skill for mages that you can get at level 45.

Napol, you get freeze and incinerate from those.

Actually.......it's incinerate and freeze from those page quests. Mathulus pages are for incenerate, mesilant are for freeze.

All the ow bosses from the Faerieland quest are the only ones who can drop firestorm manual, they can also drop other ow skills or fabled/grand rings (not including new ones)

Blue pages is the 55one. And that one is incinerate. The red (45) one is freeze
