I feel there are WAAAAAY too many PVP ice mages in CH in general, I have seen approximately 70+ INVINCIBLE mages alone on each world (EDIT: total), not counting the lesser ranks of powerful-devastating.
PLZ STOP IT.
id be fine with more fire pvp mages, bc I've only seen like 30 of them, and only like 7 were invincible, so go at it.
normally id complain about the amount of invincible warriors, but they were kind of built to be strong, even from the beginning :/ ice attune is more recent. and is increadibly strong. lv 19 ice attune upgraded to lv 20 with 250 focus is approx. a 50 DMG INCREASE on ice blast ALONE.
this isn't a very long rant. and if you make a rly strong mage, and pvp a little every now and then, its fine with me, id just like it to be a leveling mage then.
I know people will disagree, just as long as they back up their dislike of my opinion with LOGIC, I will very much acknowledge and contemplate their feedback :3
and the other way around, if you spout nonsensical bullcrap, you will likely be ignored. (EDIT: this is pointing at a certain hated member of the forums)

well, some ppl who like having the rank go in the way they can get it, i myself dont see a problem since pvp doesnt matter to me, also i cant force ppl not to do it.
i dont really get this post, warriors could do that as well (which im sure they do), not sure about other classes, druids could maybe do it with vines, roots, swarm and running on mount

I made my ice mage with the intention of having an ice mage along with a fire mage. But couldn't be bothered leveling a second mage so he turned into a PvP mage.

An ice mage at low levels is OP in PvP, same way a warrior is at high levels. Couple days ago I dueled a level 130 warrior, and would have lost if I didnt have freeze. I'm 186...

i believe i said in my post that i WOULD have mentioned warriors, but i was giving leniency for them being initially strong and tanky, mages were not initially meant to be this powerful, all i was really saying i think. I've only seen 5 invincible druids, 5 invincible rouges too. and i have seen just as many pvp rouges as mages or warriors, but this is a MAGE post after all
i guess i should never rant, cause i figure no one cares, but i was just noticing something that somehow really bothered me, and i guess it irritated me enough i would be stupid and post something stupid on the forums

i agree that ice mage is boring to level, and difficult. but its only difficult for me cause i have no lux :/ at lv 67 and things have gone to a crawl, i guess thats why i was stupid and made a bunch of alts
i guess to turn this post into something not useless i can ask, what class would (in theory or opinion) would be easier to level:
a lv 67 ICE mage
a lv 52 DPS warrior
a lv 46 healing druid
a lv 37 rouge
a lv 35 spear rouge
a lv 34 FIRE mage
or a lv 33 tank(ish) spear warrior
and i don't have a ranger, cause i suck at ranger :/
and i will keep leveling my mage (un lix) to get more gold.
and if anyone really wants me to, i can pretty much borderline spam the forums to show the builds for each char if anyone is THAT curious (i don't think anyone will)

as for 'warriors were meant to be tanky', NO, simple as it is
i know many games where warriors are the top or at least great with dps, where each class can give a fight at pvp, and where warriors can be either great dps or great tanks

the only reason why here, warriors suck at dps, is because ppl decide for us to be tanks, and not all of us want to be that, we dont need more than 3 main clan tanks, so having all the warriors as tanks? just cuz they're somehow meant to be that way? seems stupid to me.
we suck at dps (well we dont suck, its not like we got low dmg or dps, but compared to other classes its not easy to outdps them), since ppl say we need to be tanks, and OTM make our gear as tanks, what if i prefer heat dmg over defence on my dl? dps skills over tanking skills? i dont use taunt, neither proc stance or def form, and as a dps warriors unlike other classes, i cant use those skills on main build, most of other rogues for example can have their dps while using dl skills + heat dmg

well its a bit off-topic, its only a comment about what u said, and again i'll say that, we're not meant to be tanks, and those who are not warriors (not u, but ive seen ppl saying that) shouldnt say that we're meant to be that way, i can say mages are meant to suck at surviving, and its better to give them clairvoyant armour, same for druids, and all those kind of stuff. And as for pvp, in this game, the pvp is really bad, its even less balanced than pve, so having an OP class on pvp changes from update to update, and it shouldnt affect pve, as it did for mages, complaining about ice mages at pvp will just help get them nerfed even more, the nerfs started from pvp complaints, i suggest to stop with those unless ppl would want more nerfs

i will stop with pvp complaints now, and for the whole, "warriors were ment to be tanky" i dont believe i said that, i said they were intitially strong, i didnt specify any which way, and i do agree that from what ive seen, warriors are given too much tank equipment and not enough dps late game. early game however and idk which class i like most to be honest, its either rouge, warrior, or druid. id say i like druid the most, but because no one needs a healer early game, im kinda stuck. i may turn hybrid, but then id need energy regens to sustain.
