The seer. I believe it adds focus. Focus=good/ Focus=More skill damage

If you wnt to be a pvp mage that cats skills and runs then staff is the best obv. If you do that, I will not respect you as a person though.

Yes but staff adds 80 energy regen per tick which is great and gives a free spell so not necessarily.The seer. I believe it adds focus. Focus=good/ Focus=More skill damage
