1. For speed (going to a boss, etc)
2. For running away from warriors in pvp (rogues have ss, so its rather useless)
3. For trying to proc with it to get the cool dragon's breath effect

Use the focus weapons for everything else (leveling, fighting a boss, etc).

Can't you use those cheap 80% ones? Why the badass one mill? Is it because of the skill evasions? If it isn't, I agree with both of them on that, you would end up wasting around 600-650k on something you don't even need.

What you were about to do:
1.)1M Mount(Also 80%): 750-800kish
2.)1M Mount(Also 80%): 750-800kish
3.)1M Mount(Also 80%): 750-800kish
Grand Total: 800k

What you really only need:
1.)80% Mount: 200k
2.)80% Mount: 200k
3.)Firebolt: Free
Grand Total: 200k

You save: 600k

If you have gold to burn, go for it. But if you want to conserve it and spend it on something actually useful, I strongly agree with both of them, you should definitely get the offhand and grim.

The 1M mount does seem fun, but if u can afford that, u can afford full dps lvling with ur grim and offhand, and it'll be much more effective.

The only plus to having the 1 mill staff, vs the 80% is that when you are lower lvl, it boosts evasions. Which is useful on your way to bosses. Clearly a high camo would be even better, but the evasions are very nice.

Offhand and book for the focus. Speed eh get some cheap speed boots or buy a few travel lixers off others..
