A long time ago, did energy shield redirect all damage to your energy instead of your health (like Chillmist/Crystalmist do)?

I think it did, but I can't remember for sure.

I prefer the old one , pretty dangerous tho
No one was using it cuz u was runnig out of mana so fast lol
I still prefer it because the new one s just a dumb buff of hp

And OTM , u said that u was still looking at this skill , does it still right ? Because honestly , this shield s not original at all

I wish we had a skill like that again—but too overpowered. I have 8k energy and I could tank like a warrior with an eshield like that… Full focus would be the way to go.

With the mage armor , u would tank 10s then u ll be out of mana for the rest of the fight

A very very long time ago ihad a mage and used shield for pvp and lvling nd for daily:)
Very good option if you want keep some hp during all:)

The evolution and possible downfall of Energy Shield

v1: eshield redirect to energy, very nice if you go all focus.
v2: eshield turned into an hp buff instead.
v3: Not much change.
Early v4: Nerfed it to the point where the hp buff is less than the energy cost.
Late v4: Boosted it back a bit so the hp buff is more than the energy cost.

I believe that ice magic and focus components were never removed in the first place. The displayed number on the skill page is bugged.

Use your e shield and then eat a death cap (which does a fixed 2k damage) to see your true e shield power.
