I am a level 191 ice mage. Wonder which Of these two rings helps more. A royal ice attune + 5 which will give me 45/40 ice attunement or a stonebark ring which gives 500 energy, 100 vit, wounding evade +300. The other rings are:
Royal ice shards
Royal ice blast
Shrivewood ring which gives 100 focus, 300 defence, 300 weakening attack evade

Remember that if something gives 100 vitality, you can easily rebirth and put the 100 stat points into focus. So effectively, unless you are full focus, any vit bonus you get can be considered as focus.

Although im not sure how much 100 foc would add to ur dmg comparing to royal attune (focus would boost shards, blast, attune and lure as for dps skills, and ofc whatever else ur using)

Use attune ring , the attune s really important

I also forgot to mention that the 100 focus will always benefit your skills (and all of them too; energy shield/lures/ect), whereas attune will be rendered useless if you die and cannot recast it after.

Personally, I have swapped out my royal fire attune for the 100 dex spiritseed ring to complete the 200 bonus focus set. Hoping to get the 1000 ability set soon though.
