I'm a fire mage and I'm nearing 110. My question is, at 110 would it be better to use dark grim of health, dark grim of flames, or a 500k skimmer. With grims I will use lvl 100 focus of seer

Flame grim with the offhand. For a fire mage, the fire bonus is better than the health bonus. And the mount is the least of the three.

The fire grim is the best choice, the fire magic is dmg and accuarcy, but the health one is decent for better surviving.
