My fire mage gets evaded so much and I don't know why is it normal or am I doing something wrong. My skills are:
Lure of fire: 18/25
Fire attune: 25/25
Fire bolt: 25/25
Fire storm: 25/25
Energy boost: 11/25
Energy shield: 7/25

Evasions are determined by your corresponding abilities, not your skill levels.

Since you're a fire mage, having high fire magic would make your spells evade less.

It looks like you're level 90+. That means you can try to get a Kron's Shrivewood Set for an extra +200 fire magic ability boost.

Also, some of the otherworld vendors sell +fire magic wands.

After you level up to around 120 (I think?), you can start going for onyx/obsidian armor. These are straightforward quests that give +fire magic boosting armor.

Hey, don't worry about it. I have 4400+ fire magic and still evade quite a bit.

Even with high ability the evasions are quiet tough, just seeing my mage clannies with 4k+ ability and still missing often hurts.

Yes and put about 500 in str too because your dl wand has crush dmg on it. Not to mention, you should max double attack and energy well.
