Celtic Heroes

I just got fire attune and firestorm and am thinking of redistributing my skill points. Level 65 allows for a max of 20 points per skill so I have the following:
Fire Bolt: 20
Cloak of Fire: 20
Lure of Fire: 13
Energy Shield: 11
Energy Boost: 4
Firestorm: 1
Fire Attunement: 1/4 with ring

Some web pages/posts say that cloak of fire is less of a priority than firestorm while others say that firestorm isn't all that important. How do you suggest I redistribute the points.

I don't have any energy regen items so energy boost is kind of important. I was thinking of keeping it at 4 or raise it up by a point or two.

I noticed that energy shield of 11 seems to be very costly in comparison to 10 but I can't be sure as the energy/level chart that exists is wrong. I think that I should keep a minimum energy shield of 10.

So where do the other points go. Max out fire attunement? Max out fire bolt and fire storm and leave cloak of fire alone. Make all of my damage spells some mid level rather than maxing out any single one?

After you're done settling with energy shield and eboost (would recommend maybe 6 in both), max out fire bolt and fire attunement. Put rest of the spare points into fire storm.

If you don't have enough points for fire bolt, fire storm or fire attunement all maxed, then don't bother with any other damage skills.

So you would not put any points into Cloak of Fire?
Also, you didn't mention Lure of Fire so I assume you agree with me applying 2/3 max skill level rather than the usual 1/2 max skill level that I see see in most guides.
Finally, do you know at which character level above 65 the skill cap go up from 20 to something higher?

Cloak's dot damage isn't as good as the nuke damage you get from bolt and storm with attunment. It's a nice toy (you can cast on a tank or rogues in a leveling group, as well as yourself when you are taking hits), but the nukes are mage bread and butter.

25 skill cap at 90
30 at 120
35 at 150
40 at 180

To level 1/2 maxed lure is sufficient. (I think I might have put a bit more in fire lure when I lvled on fire boggans, but I cannot remember for sure.
