I'm a level 92 fire mage, and I need some help. Can someone list what skills, stats, and abilities to use and be maxed out first? Thanks!

skill : firebolt firestorm maxed up both
stats 3 focus 2 vit

Also, max fire attune, half max fire lure, and use however much e shield/e boost you need to stay alive/keep up energy
