Planning to really level my mage up now, all my friends are passing me now!

So I was wondering where to level at 120, and a good build designed specifically to combat the mobs found there. Casting mage, melee mage, IDGAF. Blackstones? Golems? Boggans? Again, IDGAF. I just want a good location and build that will net me the fastest kills and exp, as well as being able to survive, OFC.

My gear
Armour - Full Celestial Armour, working on Spiritshadow.
Weapon - Meteoric Wand
Offhand - Focus of the Seer (Will change depending on build. Eg; melee mage = axe or elder blade)
Ammy - Earth Talisman
Charm - Galar's Shrivewood Charm (Yes, ik its nooby)
Bracelets - Revenant Bracelet of Invigoration, Mystic Bracelet of the Shield (30 slash resist, working on Bracelet of Spirits.)
Rings - Grand Fire Attune, Ice Attune, Firestorm, Ice Blast, Firebolt, Greater Ice Blast and Ring of Spirits.

Gear
Helm- fire/ice magic bear helm/focus crown
Armor- adamant, and start working on obsidian armor
weapon- dark aggragoth grimoire (ice, fire, health, whichever you can get), or adamant cane for fire/ice magic
offhand- i prefer the rampart shield for leveling
ammy- the ammy you have works fine, if you can get a yule focus ammy or a sunshard ammy, those would be better
charm- sunfire firebolt or ice shard charm or any of the yule brooches
bracelets- best would be aggy braces that add points to firebolt if you are fire, or ice shard if you are ice, regen bracelets or wyrmscale bracelet would be your only other viable options
rings- grand/royal bolt and firestorm for fire, grand/royals ice shards/blast for ice

boggans are easiest at 120, build should be mostly focus with some vit to get around 2-3k health. remember the rampart shield gives 375 health. stick to one element. either fire or ice. max your direct attacks always (bolt/firestorm) and the corresponding attune (fire attunement). for rest of the points at least half in fire lure and the rest in eshield.

If I were to work on Obsidian, wouldn't it be better to level on blackstones? Hmm?

There are tons of easy killing lvl 120's boggans, kill them until 120-121, the reason u dont go further is that they're either 120, 125 or 130 and nothing between, so the xp is low mostly since most mobs there are 120.

I think I will level at blackstones until I reach full obsidian, and then move on the the respective level boggans. Thanks for the help everyone. Now apart from the standard casting build(max attune bolt storm Ect.) would any other build be easier to use for blackstones? How much focus/vitality?

I use Sacrifice as extra and lvl with druid only, my budget for sigils and such isnt that high and lvling with a druid + Sacrifice lets me lvl with just xp, no need for eng or regen or anything, i roll on low health and high focus, always full on energy and deal enough dps

So maxed fire attune, firebolt, firestorm, lv 15 fire lure, lv 20 energy shield, lv 15 sacrifice? And level on boggan foragers/hunters outside the cave?

If ur lvling with a druid like i do, and only with a druid, then u dont need energy shield.

Then ill use max attune, bolt, storm, lure and sac? And a specific amount of hp? Or focus:vitality ratio?
