It doesn't use wand ability, unfortunately.

And it is 2h. It is another great example of the disconnect between OTM and casters.

I have one but the odd thing about it... It rarely misses! I really have no idea what ability it uses or if it uses one at all. But from my experiences it hits most of the time. Now the damage sucks and with it you get no offhand so don't waste your time lol

It could be a ability-less item if such thing exists.. Tbh I think the attack helps as mentioned above. But its really just a mystical weapon and im proud to own it!^ That might be because it comes with sword ability? I could be wrong.
