I think It's great, especially in pvp, it and Ice prison is awesome. Massive dmg, freeze, massive dmg, freeze, massive dmg, freeze, massive dmg... By that time your opponent should be long dead. It's also really good for soloing at lower lvls. I can't remember if it does dmg on hit though.Don't waste your time its terrible:(
