Mage Questions

#1
What are some skills to help train fire ability?

Fire ability increases the damage and chances to hit, right?

Sigils are how many seconds in between?

Warden or spiritshadow?

1. Every skill that is based on fire magic (lure of fire, firebolt, firestorm, fire attune. fire lure, assassins lure, inc and any other skill with fire magic).
2. Yes, doesnt increase dmg that much (much less than focus and skill lvls) but increase the accuracy of the fire magic based skills which is great.
3. When in-combat stance, in the first sec (maybe two secs) u leave combat stance and go back to ur normal stance sigils kick in, then its 5 secs between each tick.
4. It really doesnt matter, armour sucks for mages and thus why i suggest lvling with a druid, so if u lvl with a druid its good to use more dps gear (running 1.6k health on my mage thanks to new helm at lvl 115, not going to increase vit soon).

I'll supplment 4 with the following: Warden if you can get it, Spiritshadow until you do. Spiritshadow is free and most high levels (if you ask them nicely, "Could you help me with X if you aren't busy?") will be happy to help you kill the mobs you need to get it. Warden line drops can get a little pricey (particularly for chest and weapon) mattering on your server, although they are nowhere near what they were before the most recent update.

Go for warden, in the long run it's better and you have to get it anyway. For me it was easy cause ur lvling in stonevale grove so u know when all the bosses come up and you just shout to your clan and they all come running. For me lvling was harder than getting the disks. :)

go for spiritshadow. every little bit of focus helps alot. Full set gives a decent amount of focus and the skill you get has proven himself to be usefull. Warden is underpowered and not that good for mages. It is only good for boss fights. For regular mobs the other quest armours and shop armours are superior
