people say that for mages more focus = stronger attack...... I know that you will be able to cast more skill....but how does it makes your skill stronger?

Cuz it's all focus skills

Focus = More energy + higher skills dmg/debuff/buff
Fire/Ice magic = A bit more dmg/debuff/buff to fire/ice based skills, accuracy to fire/ice dmg/debuff skills.

If you look at your skills and they have a stat in the description then putting more points in that stat will increase the skill power, if no stat it's a skill like freeze that goes up by lvl. bolas, hide!

So even if i was a fire mage its good to have a lot of Focus? Because it basically built myself a tank.....

Its good to have good focus but u must have vit at a certain amount that is enough for u, the rest should be in focus. U can have a lot in it, as a lvl 115 mage i have 1k focus.
