Has anyone actually maxed these with there ice/fire build? If so how much damage were u doing and was it worth it?

1088 per tick at for incinerate at level 150. Not too sure about the skill maybe 35/35(39/35)?
Havent tested Frostbite as my mage has just under 1k ice magic (1.5 with dl)

I would not recommend these skills. Was told theyre good when you need another skill at endgame.

Incinerate is good on endgame
Bosses if you have it at the highest level of any mage there (usually 50/40). I use it at 50 and I get about 2k dmg per tick (it varies a bit depending on the hear im using).

I have 50/40 frostbite since half of each of my mordris rings would be useless otherwise. I don't feel like logging to check the stats but I can tell you that my average initial frostbite hit is for 1700-2100 and then about 900-1100 per tick thereafter.
