Hi, I am lvl 75 and my fire ability is 500+ but I miss so much. I thought lure of fire would be a bit more helpful and increase hit chance. All it does is reduce resistance and that's helpful, but how do I increase chance to hit.

Fire Magic and Expose Weaknesses are ur only options. High Fire Magic still gets lots of misses I assume, but its better than low Fire Magic. Always keep ur ability maxed.

Hey its one of the issues with being a mage all classes have there pros and cons with a mage it's the issue of casting a hit the higher your fire magic will increase your chances of getting a hit as well as increasing your damage over time make sure when lvling your to on you train your ability at the same time either with using a wisdom. Even at lvl 190 with good gear like moody shadow grim imperial mordy fire brace and 190 strive set I still tend to hit 4/5 time's, good luck you will come to love being a mage down the track but does take a lot of work.

You dont have to use a wisdom unless you were ice and recently transitioned to fire. As you level up your fire magic will level with you assuming you were fire all along. Mine is maxed and I never used a wisdom. Also make use of gear that increases fire magic. Not only will this increase your chance to hit but also boost your damage. Use things like aggy grimoires of fire, fire magic bear helms, obsidian armor, etc for these bonuses.
